Prayer:
Dear Father in Heaven,
I’m thirsty. I’m thirsty for Your anointing on my life and ministry. Please increase my hunger for Your Word and Your will; keep my heart humble; and strengthen my commitment to Your ways. I need my heart’s desire to be for You. I want more of you, God. Please forgive my frailties and strengthen my spirit.
Help me to feel Your presence and experience Your power as never before. Shine through me, to touch the lost and dying world around me, for their good and Your glory. Please shower me with Your blessings that I may soak up those blessings, share them with others, and be a blessing to You.
May my life be transformed into Your likeness, may my life be defined by Your Word.
I pray that I may have my roots and foundation in love, so that I, and all of God’s people, may have the power to understand how broad and long, how high and deep, is Christ’s love.
May I come to know Your love and be so completely filled with Your very nature.
May Your power working in me bring my transformation, Your power which is able to do so much more than we can ever ask for, or even think of. May I experience You, a life void of self, Your key to your fathomless depths, and experience Your key to the inward spiritual life, through the Holy Spirit.
To God be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus for all time, forever and ever!
